	Around Chitose station
	Let's have a saunter in the city. Start from JR Chitose station; go to shopping mall like in the old days, and you can contact with the locals. Also, you can have your fill of Chitose food. 　Chitose is called Gourmet Town, in fact there are two quite obvious reasons. One of them is the location. We have the airport, Pacific, and the Japan Sea around, therefore the foods are coming in season. And another one, all the men and women who have experienced many business trips and transfers are coming to town. This means they know lots of good fresh foods. These two reasons worked out in a good way so Chitose became a "Gourmet Town". 　Route 337 runs from Chitose station to southwestward. First, walk along the sidewalk. Soon you'll find "Tourist Caf?" of Chitose Tourist Association on your right, so you can come visit us. 　And you go more; you'll see green belt which is also fire prevention. Its fa?ade is covered with greens, which take a role of an oasis in the city, and its underground is parking. There are shops and restaurants between this fire prevention and route 36.
